Have worn my urbanek device faithfully for 16 years and it has eliminated my jaw pain and constant clicking. Dr. Urbanek has made adjustments twice during that period and the device is still like new. The staff are beyond excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Urbanek .

Dr urbank is ok but the other doctor is extremely rude. My wife leaves crying and angry every time she has to see him. He talks to the patients like they are a piece of garbage that he steps on. The device started breaking within a month and they had to make a whole new one that didn't match the first one which caused her more pain, then that doctor blamed it on her. I would recommend that you only talk to urbank and refuse to see the other doctor or just not go at all and pay to be treated like trash.

Most definitely do NOT recommend this place. They only recommend a device that insurance will not cover at all since it’s handmade by him and charge you $2,000 and then when I sent the device back because it was not working and my jaw was still locked and in a lot of pain they sent a 2/3 refund whim I did sign in the contract but only refunded 2/3 of $1,600 because I cancelled my first appointment because I wasn’t ready to take the step because I don’t think it would work in the first place and I was charged $300 to cancel but was told it would go toward my amount if I decided to go back through with it. About a month later I decided to go through with it and was told my device never got started being made so would take about 2 weeks to come in and so now I’m told they aren’t refunding any of the $300 because a first device was made !!! This doesn’t work and will scam you out of money. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Urbanek is cruel and rude. His device did help for a few years. However, since the back is left open, it destroyed my bite and caused so much pain. I am now back in corrective orthodontics to fix my bite. I have scans of my teeth and bite from before I started using the device and a current scan from my orthodontist. Urbanek said I came in like and even blamed my orthodontist from when I was a teenager but I have proof that my bite and teeth were perfectly aligned before I started his "treatment." The staff are kind but Urbanek has only caused me harm. TN Orafacial Pain is just down the road and Dr. Mitchell is the real deal. Go there instead. Urbanek is horrible.

This oral surgeon saved my health. I had lost my hearing, had swollen jar and a considerable amount of pain which my ENT couldn't manage. I was referred to Dr Urbanek who immediately knew the problem, after xrays and exam. His device is custom made, easy to wear, and solved my issues in few short weeks. TMJ can really cause a problem, plus grinding teeth at night ruins your teeth and causes headaches. Stress in your life can cause this issue, which is more common now. Making appts and the location of the office is very easy. The entire staff is well knowledgeable, helpful and makes sure you get the appt day and time you need. I tell everyone how thankful I am to know Dr Urbanek and his patented device.
